The Intercultural Passport Program

 

Mission Statement:  As a means of better understanding and serving our students, SEEDfolks provides the Century community opportunities to increase global and societal awareness through the Intercultural Passport Program.

 

Updated event information is posted in the upper right. 

Throughout the school year, a variety of workshops will be offered in the following categories:

 

1 - Behavioral Health

2 - Spirituality

3 - Nationality/Ethnicity

4 - Socio-economic

5 - Gender

6 - Sexual Orientation

7 - Differently Abled

8 - Other


One stamp will be placed in the employee's passport for each hour they attend a workshop, up to 3 stamps.

 

There are 3 Levels of Achievement:

  • Level 1:  10 hours in 3+ categories
  • Level 2:  20 hours in 5+ categories
  • Level 3:  30 hours in 7+ categories

 

Rewards are given at each level.


Hours are cumulative over the three years.

 

Documentation of professional development.

 

The goal of the program is to have 80% of Century College employees complete Level 1 by the end of the three years.
